3D Optical Illusion Hand Picture
Materials: Paper and pencil. Optional Materials: Crayons and ruler.
Step #1 TRAce your hand
Step #2 draw in your lines and make your bridges to connect!
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A RULER USE ANYTHING STRAIGHT OR JUST DRAW THE LINES IN AS STRAIGHT AS YOU CAN!!!
STep #3 pick 3 colors to make a 3 color pattern!!

Assessment:
1. Student will draw their hand as demonstrated in the video. _____/5
2. Student uses a ruler to draw in horizontal lines on either side of
the arm and in between fingers as demonstrated in the video . _____/5
3. The student will then draw curved lines going up towards the top
of the paper as demonstrated in the video and class to give a 3D effect to the picture
and choose at least 3 colors o colorize their picture. _____/5
4. Craftsmanship, the student darws their hand, lines, and 3D lines neatly. _____/5
5. The picture is mounted so that the mounting paper/board is even around the outside
edge and a name tag is filled out with first and last name and includes the students teacher
on the name tag paper provided _____/5
Enrichment:
Students who would like to use 4 colors to colorize.
Remediation:
Students who are having trouble only have to use 2 colors.
