Primary and Secondary color balloon project
The first grade students talked about primary and secondary colors then used the video below to create their primary and secondary color balloon projects. We talked about how to make the balloons look round by drawing curved lines, then added a shape pattern in each panel. Last we used the primary colors to fill the areas. Enjoy!

Large Balloon

-Draw 1 straight vertical line, and 2 curved (1 left 1 right) as demonstrated ____/5

-Use 2 shapes to draw in and create a pattern in each rectangular area as

-Use either the primary colors (red, yellow, and blue) or secondary colors (green, purple orange) to colorize the balloon, your other balloon will be whichever colors you did not use for your first balloon. If you used primary for your large balloon use secondary for your small balloon or vice versa.
